Residence Worker – CLBC

Assists individuals to live successfully in a residential setting; ensures that individual’s physical, emotional, social, educational, medical needs are met; assists individuals to enhance their quality of life with daily living activities and the development of life skills; promotes and upholds the rights of the individuals we serve and honours their choices in accordance with the policies and procedures of the agency.

Program Manager

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the program; provides ongoing supervision of employees; implements and evaluates program policies, procedures and individuals’ plans. Promotes and upholds the rights of the individuals we serve, and honours their choices; ensures and enhances the quality of service through a cooperative management support system.

Community Support Worker – CLBC

Assist individuals with their physical, economic, vocational, recreational, social, emotional and daily life skills development. The Community Support Worker assists individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible. Promotes and upholds the rights of individuals we serve and honours their choices in accordance with the policies and procedures of the agency.
